UPDATE: We were under contract, but current buyer backed out due to availability of water. It looks like South Blount Utility District has water on Haven Hill, so the owner would need to petition to have the line extended or put a well on the property. There's no sewer there, so there's not enough room for a well and a septic, according to a well drilling company.
