used as single-family detached dwellings provided the following development criteria are met:
1.General Standards a. Such dwellings meet all applicable
building, safety and fire codes. b. Such dwellings have the same general appearance as required for site built homes.
2.Specific Standards a. All wheels,
axles, hitches, and other parts used for transport of the dwelling must be removed prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy. b. A perimeter wall of solid
masonry, concrete, or other material approved by the Building Official must be installed around the base of the dwelling. c. All roofing, siding, veneers, and other exterior materials are limited to materials permitted for site built housing. d. Roof pitch must be the same as required for site built housing.
